I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Sorento. Zero complaints. I was not forced to wear a mask which is a big deal for me. I was able to test drive anything I wanted. They are regularly offering you something to drink. Staff that just walked by would check and make sure I was being taken care of. The team taking care of me that evening and the next day when we wrapped up consisted of Kyle, Avery and CJ. I would work with all 3 again without hesitation. I feel I received a fair deal on my trade in. Kyle had to drive a car to Arkansas for one of his customers the next day so Keegan stepped in and showed me the ins and outs of my new vehicle. I never felt like I was spoken down to which happens sadly at some dealerships as a single female. I truly appreciate the upfront pricing as well. I’ll be a repeat customer and hopefully be able to work with this same team again. More
