Great Transaction. However, you need to improve your web buying experience. Compare to my web vehicle purchases elsewhere, you are way too long for paper work and vehic However, you need to improve your web buying experience. Compare to my web vehicle purchases elsewhere, you are way too long for paper work and vehicle readiness. 4 days prior to my arrival a final sales agreement was reached with my salesman Keith Bobrick, Also 4 days prior, I provided all supporting documents in support of the transaction. Also worth noting, I was paying for the vehicle with a bank certified check, no loan was required. On arrival, I had to wait for 3 hours for vehicle prep and paperwork. I should have been able to walk in, sign documents and drive home, all within 15 to 30min. With so many days of advanced notice, my car should have been ready upon my arrival. Thank you More
