Mr Boerding was also very helpful and we were able to make a deal. The gentleman in the finance department also was very kind and helpful. Sorry I can remember his name. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. My only complaint; as I told Mr Boerding was the inside of the car was not real clean. He himself cleaned a few areas where something had been spilled and I appreciated that very much. More

Treff made the experience smooth for finance. We were literally there for 30 minutes. I went to the dealership thinking I was going to get one model of the Ford Escape but I ended up with a different model and I wouldn't go back. When I went and did the financing I told them that I wanted to go through a certain credit union and they obliged but when I went to go sign the paperwork I felt bullied into getting an additional warranty. I kept saying no and the finance man was pushing it and would not take that for an answer. Finally after about 5 to 10 minutes of me saying "I don't think it's necessary" he listened. I was excited about making my first big purchase and he kind "brought me down." And I didn't really appreciate it. More
