My dad actually had a few questions and mentioned to me later that Keith answered them before he had a chance to answer which impressed him and believe me that's hard to do. We were there for 4 hours but it wasn't bad because Keith us informed of what was happening. At NO time did I feel pressured into the deal. Your dealership will be around another 100 years if your customers are continued to be treated like we were today. We ended up with a payment where we wanted to be with a great warranty and he even got us more out of our trade to offset being upside down on value. Always was a GM person but no matter what brand I buy next, I will come see Keith first!! This is vehicle number two we have bought from him and he does not disappoint!! Treff Laplant was also an awesome Finance officer to work with. He worked with us to get the best financing option for us with an awesome rate! We started at Sunset with the intention of then working our way back home as we checked the other dealers. We were met by Keith who brought over the car we were interested in, a 2015 Escape Titanium. Keith was very low pressure and answered all our questions. The car was what we wanted, the price was right and Keith guided us painlessly through the purchase. Needless to say, we avoided the drudgery of checking with multiple dealers and were glad Sunset gave us everything we wanted first thing. Jason presented us with the service contract and warranty information. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process went smoothly and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Lazy uneducated rude and dangerous employees I am very disappointed with the service i have received at Sunset Ford. I purchased my 2012 Ford Edge from thier used department in 2014. That was the I am very disappointed with the service i have received at Sunset Ford. I purchased my 2012 Ford Edge from thier used department in 2014. That was the last time ive had service the way it should be at a dealership. With my Edge i purchaed a 100,000 mile bumper to bumber warrenty. Unfortunately no car is perfect so i have been in numerous times for misc services. I can tell you this place certainly does not deserve a 5 star rating. Employees in the past have acted like i was an idiot when talking to them about issues with my car. They are lazy and take their sweet xxx time. I waited 2 hours to pick up my car after beeing called to come pick it up because it was done. Not to mention while i was waiting for my vehicle, one of the employees literally ran over an old man walking across the service department driveway and was taken to the hospital. Numourous times they told me that they couldnt fix things that were wrong. Seems like because i have a warrenty making most services free of charge that they avoid everything possible. I have delt with many of the employees and technitions there and only one i can say i respect and thats Ashely Matheis. Another prime example of their xxxxty service would be when my suspension was making a clicking noise. I was supposed to ride with a technician in my vehicle so he could get a better understanding of what was happing. Well they paged him 4 times over a 45 min span and searched the building for him to find him no where. It was a joke. Once again this place is terrible and does not deserve 5 stars. Go do your business some place else. More
