3 hr wait for a scheduled oil change. I had asked for my tires to be rotated, to which they failed to do so. My driver door came back dinged up and two scratches. The next day I received a text apologizing and said they were waiting for a lender vehicle to be available. Another week went by with no new info. I reached out again and have got zero response. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I dealt with great attitudes to worst attitudes. My vehicle was in their possession way to long. It actually wasn't totally the fault. Car was towed in for a transmission related issue and was diagnosed and fixed with a couple of days. Was really happy with the time is took to fix.
