Best experience I have bought many vehicles throughout the years and the guys at jeff hass are awesome. Keith was the best salesman we live in the country and as I ma I have bought many vehicles throughout the years and the guys at jeff hass are awesome. Keith was the best salesman we live in the country and as I may be in the city quite often for work my wife on the other hand does not drive in the city. Keith went out of his way to put her behind the wheel for a test drive. He has an awesome knowledge of the area and kept her on streets with little to no traffic so she would be comfortable. You just don't see that level of care in the customer service world very often anymore. They made the whole buying procces a breeze. They have earned my respect and will definitely look to them again next time we are looking for a vehicle More

They made buying my car very fast and easy. I was looking for a nice used Miata - they had one that was in great shape. I drove it and liked it but was scheduled to drive another car to compare I was looking for a nice used Miata - they had one that was in great shape. I drove it and liked it but was scheduled to drive another car to compare. No pressure tactics, just said come on back when ready. I came back, drove it again and decided on this car and we had the paperwork done in no time. Easy! More

Keith is the best I began the process of looking for a certified pre-owned car in April, and I found exactly what I wanted but ended up passing on it due to personal lo I began the process of looking for a certified pre-owned car in April, and I found exactly what I wanted but ended up passing on it due to personal loan delays. Since Keith knew I wanted a Mazda 6 from 2017 with low mileage and my budget of $20k, he updated me when one came in. He was very helpful and informative throughout the process, answered all my questions, and did not add any pressure to buy it the same day. I ended up buying the car because of the great price and great condition the car was in. I definitely recommend Keith at Jeff Haas to find the exact car you want at the best price! More

He listened to what we were looking for and was very helpful in assisting us as we compared the vari Keith made our visits a very pleasant experience. He listened to what we were looking for and was very helpful in assisting us as we compared the various features and options available and never pressured us. He made a number of test drives with us over three visits as we weighed Mazda against the other brands and he was very patient and accommodating as we worked through three cars on our final visit before landing on the perfect car. I've been driving another brand for 25 years but I was really impressed with the Mazda product and the overall congeniality of the folks at Jeff Haas Mazda. I left with a big smile on my face, very happy with my car and the deal. More

When we went in pers We were looking to buy a used Mazda, and looking online saw that this dealership had several great options at a good price point. When we went in person we were assisted by Keith Castilla, and we cannot recommend him enough! He took the time to answer our questions, familiarize us with the cars' features, and walk us through our options. He did follow up with us after our visit, but was always more friendly than pushy - we never felt like we were being pushed into buying anything. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would recommend Keith especially. More
