They fixed my tire and saved me the expense of buying a new tire. These guys are the very best ! I don't trust anyone else. This is my 3rd Subaru Ascent. I won't own anything else. I won't buy anywhere but Lester Glen ! You will never find a better more qualified service team anywhere else. Thank you thank thank you!!!

They decided to Troubleshoot by rebalancing and aligning tires. Never checked anything else such as bent rim or other causes of vibration.This is 4th time I have had tires rebalanced and aligned. They also overinflated tires by 6-7 PSI. I went to a Subaru dealer figuring I would finally get a resolve to the vibration issue but after the expense and time involved I still do not have the problem fixed. Very upsetting.

After reviewing the situation with our management team, we found that our team found the wheels were out of balance, which was addressed with the rebalance and alignment. The steering wheel off-center issue was also corrected through the alignment.
Our Service Manager, Bert, has already left a message and sent a follow-up, offering to rediagnose the issue and provide a loaner vehicle while we perform any additional necessary work.
