My new vehicle purchase was made with a few emails and even fewer phone calls to/from the Internet Sales Manager and Technology Specialist, Keith Crof My new vehicle purchase was made with a few emails and even fewer phone calls to/from the Internet Sales Manager and Technology Specialist, Keith Croft. I was amazed at how quickly I received responses from him and how easily he located the exact vehicle I wanted. The out-the-door price was much better than a closer dealership so we drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. When we arrived the car was awaiting us in a special, climate controlled garage area. Keith took the time to share the intricate features of the vehicle before we left the dealership. It still astounds me to think about how easy the whole experience was at Lexus of Melbourne. More
