THE BEST I contacted three local Lexus dealers via email. Keith Croft at Lexus of Melbourne was the only one to reply with a personally written email. I let him know the very specific model and exterior/interior color scheme of the vehicle I wanted. Keith went above and beyond and found me the exact vehicle I was looking for and had it transported via flatbed from another Lexus dealer in FL to his dealership. When The other local Lexus dealerships finally contacted me I was told they did not have the vehicle I was looking for and they could not even counter the deal Keith worked out for my new Lexus. His customer service and professionalism made the process a pleasure. Nicole DeVos in the financing department was also super helpful and wonderful to work with. We will continue to drive out of our way and right past two other Lexus dealerships to Keith at Lexus of Melbourne for all of our future vehicle purchases. More
