I came in for new brakes Reason I gave four stars I mentioned my rear tire slowing loosing air. After job was done I was told by Keith that tire could not be repaired I needed a new tire. I took my car to a reputable tire place and a nail was found in tire. How come Acura couldn’t find the nail makes you not trust what you’re being told. Needless to say I was disappointed in Acura of Berlin you almost cost me a new tire of which I did NOT need!! More

I bought my 2018 Acura RDX about two years ago. Since then, Acura of Berlin Staff have provided excellent professional service. I would not take my Acura anywhere else. This is my second service. After each service I have an issue with my tire - nail in tire the first time, second time there was a bubble defect in tire.
