Expensive Repair Shortly After Sale While Max and Andrew were both helpful, a "hot" smell present at the time of sale turned out to be a $1,400 cam seal repair. The dealer claimed to have gone over the car, but the service records of both this dealer and the previous one did not reflect this. The $1,400 added to the price of the car made it a poor deal. I would not recommend this dealership. That being said, I contacted the dealership, and, after a delay, Keith Deschane, the general manager, ultimately offered to pay for half the cost of the repair, which I accepted. He was straightforward and professional. More

He gave us great information about the cars and was honest about the pros and cons of each. He did not pressure us in any way but was available to answer our questions. He was diligent about working within our budget. He allowed us plenty of time to drive the cars, explore the options, and ask questions. He did not rush us in any way. Keith Deschane was involved in the final financial negotiations. He was kind, honest, and fair. He was extremely professional and made the car-buying experience fun!
