I had two repairs scheduled for my vehicle that I had just purchased used from the dealership. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and arrived at 10:30 which was my appointment time. The door handle that was to be replaced had to be painted three times. Two of those times were while I waited at the dealership. The undercarriage panel that was dragging on the road was not repaired at all, and it was not replaced because they didn't foresee that they needed to replace the part even though that's the reason I drove up there. So, I drove 2 1/2 hours home with the plate still dragging on the road. I left the dealership at 3:08 in the afternoon. More

This was not a good experience. Keith made it right but I was not happy. The first Elantra N i purchased was keyed at the top, I made sure the Management understood that I took the Keith made it right but I was not happy. The first Elantra N i purchased was keyed at the top, I made sure the Management understood that I took the car right home. So it happened before the car was given to me. Long story short I got the car swapped out for a new unscathed car. A few weeks into owning the car I notice the PDI was not properly done. On the keyed car the spacers were still in the suspension. On the replacement model the air had not been let put of the tires. My tires could have blown put or warped my wheel, and Ill still need to insure the wheels are 100% okay. I expected way more for buying a brand new car. I treated the statf with respect but dont feel like that is what I got in return. Keith is the only person I trust at thst dealer because he attempted to make things right. I suspect Nick Bernicat is behind the damage on the keyed car but Keith stated the detailers noticed it. Nick did have possession of the car before it got to the dealer and something seemed off about him in general. I didnt get a good vibe from him despite me bringing him my business. I would never recommend him to anyone in any way shape or form. More
