It was a pleasure working with Keith in management and Chris as my Salesman. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful and easy to work with. I was not pleased with my experience in the finance departm Chris as my Salesman. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful and easy to work with. I was not pleased with my experience in the finance department. The finance individual was very pushy and it was borderline harassment. I was not pleased with how I was treated in the finance department as they were trying to push extra stuff to purchase such as warranties, tire and wheel, etc., which I did not want nor did I need. So in general, I was very pleased with my Salesman Chris, very pleased with the management Keith, however, the finance people almost killed the deal because of the way they treated me. More
