I had a 9:30 am appt for a recall and another issue with the infotainment system.i also requested a car wash. My car was not ready for pick up until 6pm and that was only because I went there. I believe the the infotainment system.i also requested a car wash. My car was not ready for pick up until 6pm and that was only because I went there. I believe they did not start service on it until after 4 because they told me that they were having trouble downloading software because of a tracker device on my car. I bought the car from this dealership, only they have serviced it, and I never gave permission to put on a tracker. The service mgr did some research and said they got the car new from a dealer in Maryland who must have put the tracker on the car. The service mgr removed the tracker, but it is concerning that this was not disclosed at time of sale. I was told that they could not replicate the infotainment issue (purple screen which is a known problem to Hyundai), and that the car was wash another 30 minute wait. Why does this dealership have you make appointments that they don’t honor? This is not the first time that I have had to wait for simple warranty maintenance. I find this unacceptable. Something needs to be done with efficiency at this dealership. I would hesitate in buying another car from them because of the bad service. More

It took two visits to complete my car's recall repairs. My car was not serviced on the Friday it was brought in, and I was not informed about that until after 5 pm. Because it was after 5 pm, the shuttle service was no longer running, and I had to pay for a Lyft to retrieve my car. I had to reschedule for Monday and go through the entire process again. More
