I would like this review to be your primary focus in 2026 while you're planning your car shopping experience here at Koons Woodbridge Hyundai. I arrived without an appointment and was greeted by Michael Wa while you're planning your car shopping experience here at Koons Woodbridge Hyundai. I arrived without an appointment and was greeted by Michael Watson on the sidewalk. I started my search online and found this dealership had a vehicle I was interested in test driving. It was the third car I looked at that day and still had 3 others that I set appointments to test drive. I ended up cancelling all other appointments and started a purchase with Michael. Yes, I loved the vehicle, but I'm sure I would have loved any of the ones I had planned to see. It was something about Michael's character that I knew I wanted to proceed. The entire experience led positively. I got to know my sales rep and hear stories of his daughter and wife, while I showed him some really cool iPhone apps I had found. There was a focus on me as the customer and not once did I sense that they couldn't meet my needs. Staff came to me with paperwork and numbers and worked with me to beat my pre-approval. I feel I got exactly what I wanted out of the deal. I drove away that same day. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and the experience. Whole experience was top-notch. Check-in was painless, and the waiting area was well kempt. The men's room was very clean and smelled very nicely. They are on a digital work order platform, so you get text/email updates throughout the whole process. I'm definitely taking my car here for service next time. More
