From the time I purchased my Outlander, I knew this dealership was going to be different. Prior to this, I hadn't purchased at a dealership in many years. The sales people were always too aggressive. Even when I was the one purchasing the car, they would always look at my husband and answer when I asked a question. That didn't happen here and I bought my car. Everyone there was friendly and kind without being overly aggressive or obnoxious. I've never used the service department of a dealership before, but I do now. I never feel like I am being overcharged or taken advantage of. Those at the service department are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer every question I have with a smile. You can bet when I'm in the market again, I'm coming here to buy my car! More
