After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator onboard Submarines for 8 years, I entered the automotive industry in 1992 and have been in a variety of positions since. Currently serving Concordville Subaru as a Finance Manager and couldn’t be happier. I was raised in the small town of Macungie, PA which is in the Lehigh Valley near Allentown. Since joining the Concordville Family, I stopped that daily commute and moved to Malvern. For my passion on Sundays off, I play baseball with the Lehigh Valley Mens Senior Baseball League (Red Sox 50’s and older) and can still hit and throw the ball hard.

My purchase was a very easy transaction. I went in to look at Crosstrecks and Legacys. The salesman was very informative, and showed me some vehicles that were on the lot. He told me abou I went in to look at Crosstrecks and Legacys. The salesman was very informative, and showed me some vehicles that were on the lot. He told me about a Legacy that was scheduled to come in shortly and I went home that night and thought about it. I liked the color and the features included. I called up the next day and put a down payment on that vehicle. It came in the following week. When I picked it up, the salesman showed me the features and how to use them. He took his time with me and was very courteous and informative. Also, the financing went very smoothly. I am very happy with the experience, and will recommend Concordville Subaru and the salesman, John, to my friends and coworkers. I love my new Legacy! More

Had an absolute awesome experience when I purchased my 2020 Outback (Certified) If you are a person that feels like just a number when you go to a dealership or service department you will be happy to kn 2020 Outback (Certified) If you are a person that feels like just a number when you go to a dealership or service department you will be happy to know that Concordville Subaru is not that way at all. I truly felt like the most important person there by each person I interacted with! Service, service, service is the name of the game! Sales is why they are there but satisfaction is what’s most important. They are much more concerned with your wants and needs than theirs! Bill Still was awesome!! He was always available to answer my questions, extremely friendly and courteous. Mo, the General Manager, is right there to help make the deal happen as much as he can! He is honest and resourceful. I have purchased 4 Subarus from Concordville and he has been a tremendous help and sounding board to help determine the right vehicle for the budget and vise versa. I could go on. Know that you are what’s most important to this establishment and it’s employees!! P.S. Thanks also goes out to Keith in Finance for all his hard work and excellent customer service! More
