Very Friendly and a Great car buying experience I just bought a Silverado from Pete Moore. Keith James was the main sales rep. As usual we test drove few trucks and then finally i decided to buy th I just bought a Silverado from Pete Moore. Keith James was the main sales rep. As usual we test drove few trucks and then finally i decided to buy the truck. but the very same night i saw another truck on Pete Moore's website and i changed my mind on the truck that i had just purchased. I went back to the dealership and Keith James was very helpful and understanding. at any point I didn't see anyone who works there show any sign of frustration. I was able to swap out the vehicle without any issues. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and i actually had a great car buying experience. and i can say that for sure since i can't seem to keep any vehicle more than a year or two. More

He was professional, knowledgeable and so incredibly patient with me. I bought my previous Tahoe from Pete Moore Chevrolet in 2004 and it still drives great with 221,000 miles. Today, my new 2015 Silver Tahoe LT is INCREDIBLE!! I upgraded to 22" chrome wheel option which looks majestic against the silver SUV body. I couldn't be happier and owe all the credit to the professional staff that helped me. Keith, Don, and Steve made this experience as smoothe as silk! Keith James, my sales person was low pressure and knowledgeable. Closing paperwork and loan accusation was well done and very timely. Very professional staff. Obviously well trained. My only complaint is low inventory for the 2500HD . On other hand, they had one that meat my needs. One the other hand it had more bells and whisles than I needed, which cost me more than had they had a reasonable inventory. However, I tried 3 other dealers that were also very low on invenory for this model. ... More
