We always like working with Royal Kia This is our 2nd Kia - and we really enjoy working with Royal Kia - we never feel pressured - we worked with Melissa - she was awesome and worked real This is our 2nd Kia - and we really enjoy working with Royal Kia - we never feel pressured - we worked with Melissa - she was awesome and worked really hard despite being in some pain from a surgery. Kudos to and for her! Keith worked with us as well and he was very nice, patient and helpful. Never felt like anyone was being condescending. The only weird thing was that the finance department did not find us the best percentage rate and did not seem to look at the places that we asked them to look - we were given a 5.5% rate - but asked them to look at Pima Federal Credit Union as we had researched and found a 3.6% rate...which, after Sam went back to them, they were able to get for us. Other than that - it was was top rate. (as with all new car buying - it takes soooo long... if that could be streamlined - it would be oh-so-much-better. But that's all over the place, not Kia. More

I’ve never experienced a dealer ship like this one. I will always recommend to go to royal. A lot of people work for just money. They showed me they there to help and work and not just for the money. So respectful kind and sweet. Thanks you guys! I will always come to you three. Oh let me not forget I was offered a great deal and a beautiful car to start my family. They are very great listeners!! More
