Excellent Sales Support Today I went to Royal Kia with the intention of buying a new Sportage if the representative and I could make a deal that was acceptable to both of us. Today I went to Royal Kia with the intention of buying a new Sportage if the representative and I could make a deal that was acceptable to both of us. Keith Jones was friendly and professional. He explained the process they follow at Royal, and let me know that if I had any questions along the way I should be sure to ask. Keith asked some basic questions regarding the model I was looking for and we quickly found the car I wanted to test drive. We took a good test drive, not just around the block, and the car met all of my expectations Back at the dealership we began the process to trade in my vehicle and finalize the deal. Again Keith explained each of the steps that we would take regarding their assessment of my vehicle and what we would need to do to complete the sale. Keith was very clear and patient with any questions I had. Needless to say, we arrived at a deal that was acceptable to both of us and completed all of the required paperwork while the vehicle was being readied for me to drive home. At no time during the transaction did I feel any pressure. I was comfortable and felt that all of my questions were clearly answered. Keith was professional throughout the process and treated me with respect. Overall, I was quite happy with the deal I received, and felt that Keith, Sam and each of the individuals I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Royal Kia. More

He helped me teade in a car that I still owed money on and had repair Bill's that were worth more than the cars total value. They were able to help me out, refinance and get into a car that functions, has amazing value and an extended warranty and close another chapter in my book of hard life lessons. Arrogance + High Pressure Sales My wife and I went to Royal Kia to look at a used Toyota Camry. The salesman was initially friendly, but acted personally offended when I told him the My wife and I went to Royal Kia to look at a used Toyota Camry. The salesman was initially friendly, but acted personally offended when I told him they were asking way too much for the car (as confirmed by inputting VIN# into both Kelley Blue Book and Car Gurus). The sales manager (Sam Rodriguez) was quite arrogant, and told me he could go back to his office and print up "what the KBB actually is" for the car. Starting a negotiation off by saying you're going to tell the customer "how it is" rarely works out well. He also repeatedly tried to play my wife and I off against each other, and tried to claim that a 2014 Camry was a "very rare car!" In short, Mr. Rodriguez demonstrated that he had no regard for honesty, and that he assumed I was an idiot he could easily manipulate. I got such a strong negative feeling in my gut dealing with the sales manager, that we walked out. On our way out, the sales manager continued to lecture us about how brilliant his pricing of the car was, and how unreasonable we were being. This is after I told him in no uncertain terms that I was not going to buy ANYTHING from him. Royal Kia was about $2,500 high on their ask price. I will never set foot in another Royal dealership again as long as I live! More
