This was my first Volvo and I’ve been taking it in for service since I purchased it. I have never had a problem and everyone always acts in a very professional manner This time I brought my car in for 5 service since I purchased it. I have never had a problem and everyone always acts in a very professional manner This time I brought my car in for 50,000 mile service and detailing. The detailing was amazing! We dropped the car over the previous evening for a 9:30 appt the following morning. By late afternoon the next day we never heard anything, so my husband drove by and saw the car was finished and in the up appt the following morning. My Volvo S60 needed its 70 K maintenance, so I chose Secor. The staff is so professional, and made me feel that they knew Volvos inside and out. I waited in a comfortable waiting room, sipping coffee, Secor. The staff is so professional, and made me feel that they knew Volvos inside and out. Our 2016 xc60 suddenly started using oil with only 77k miles on it. Eric and his crew were able to have Volvo provide their extended warranty and make major engine repairs at no cost to me.
