I was met be a service attendant pretty quickly and asked to fill out a covid health form, they discussed why I was there. I was told where the customer waiting area was and they took my car in. when I had c to fill out a covid health form, they discussed why I was there. I have always been treated so wonderfully at this dealership. They are friendly, accommodating, caring, group of people. My car went recently, it had to be brought in on a flatbed as it would ha dealership. They are friendly, accommodating, caring, group of people. My car went recently, it had to be brought in on a flatbed as it would have damaged it to drive it in it's condition. I was able to drop if off on their off hours, and leave the key in the drop box. After working on it they discovered it need a part that was not available right now with everything that is going on with getting new parts - especially for a 1999 Saab. They took the time to locate a used one for me - as a girl can't be without her convertible during the summer! She was fixed and we are back on the road with the wind blowing through my air! All because they found a way to make it happen!! Thank you so very much! More
