I was there for a 100,000 mile service on my XC60 on September 1. Julie was wonderful when she met with me more than once to discuss issues that needed to be dealt with. I felt she was very honest with September 1. Julie was wonderful when she met with me more than once to discuss issues that needed to be dealt with. I felt she was very honest with me about what items were more urgent than others, and she gave me many options. She offered me a loaner car for the night so that I didn't have to make a trip back the following day when a necessary replacement part was expected to be received. Having the loaner car was greatly appreciated! She even took the time to take photos of the part that needed to be replaced (which was broken and rusted) and emailed them to me that afternoon to show me the severity of the issue. Julie is top notch! The waiting area and bathroom are spotless, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient as always. More

Nice facility, nice people. Was disappointed that software updates weren’t standard with every service as well as the lack of loaner cars.
