Only Dealership for Me! I just purchased a new Equinox from Doreen and she was absolutely the BEST! This is my second Equinox from McLaughlin, and I never considered buying I just purchased a new Equinox from Doreen and she was absolutely the BEST! This is my second Equinox from McLaughlin, and I never considered buying my new one anywhere else. She was very patient, and worked with Ed Cushing to get the deal that worked best for me. Doreen came in on her day off to deliver the vehicle, and she explained all of the bells & whistles to me in great detail. Keith Nickerson was also excellent while going over all of the paperwork with me. I would highly recommend McLaughlin - my preference is to buy from local businesses and McLaughlin has continued to impress me since 2008. More

Doreen and Keith were excellent to deal with, I came in looking for a pre-owned Silverado and found what I was looking for in relatively short order. Doreen and Keith were excellent to deal with, not levying any forms of pressure or typical shark type sales tactics that many dealers are known for. The purchase process was smooth and straight forward, and even having to have new plates (since I wasn't trading a vehicle in), the truck still came home with me that day. McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealers During our most recent vehicle purchase we had several frustrating experiences at other dealerships. McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealerships when we were looking for a new Colorado, and we were not hopeful that something was going to get done based upon our experience at the other three dealerships. However, Doreen, Dave, and Keith provided a truly amazing experience. They were empathetic to our situation and really treated us like family. We at no point experienced the typical pressure of a car dealership and they were able to get us into a vehicle with all the options we wanted at a price we were comfortable with.
