Dave and everyone we dealt with at McLaughlin made sure not only that it was a good fit for me and my husband but for my brother as well. He was generous with his time while being respectful of ours. Also you don't have to chase Dave down he responds to messages quickly. Before we left the lot in our (new to us) Equinox, he went over many of the safety setting to make sure they were how we wanted them. He also helped preset some of our favorite SiriusXM stations.
