Jordan was all I could ask for in a salesperson, courteous, had excellent prouduct knowledge, and NOT pushy. Initially we could not find the color I wanted so he stayed in contact with me and kept me abreast of new incentives. He located a truck that was what I wanted and gave me what I think is an excellent deal. I had gone to 3 other dealers and I knew I wanted to purchase my next truck from Jordan. "BUYER BEWARE!!!"

Found one of their vehicles through cars.com and called on it. negotiated a price, secured financing through the dealership and left a $500 deposit. They sold the car to someone else 3 days later. What kind of BS is this? Buyer Beware!!

Mark and Steve are the best! I had called another dealership much closer to my house and was utterly unimpressed by that initial conversation. When I called O'Reilly and first spoke with Keith, he was instantly so helpful and nice. First, I went to the dealership alone to show them my current vehicle and talk through initial numbers for a new lease on a Yukon. Mark and Steve were great, explaining the pricing etc. in a way that was super informative and clear without being condescending at all (not my experience at another dealership). I left and called my husband and said 'This is where we're buying the SUV'. We next went back with our 3 small children and everyone there was so nice and accommodating, especially with us having our brood there. Working with Mark and Steve was such a low pressure, pleasurable and easy experience overall. I have already recommended O'Reilly to a couple people I know who are interested in an SUV like mine, and we'd go back there in a heartbeat. AND, I love my new Yukon Denali!! "Drove over 2hrs to O'reilly for my Sierra"

I live in NJ and the dealerships closer to me werent willing to work with me on my purchase of a new Sierra. I went online and saw O'reilly had a truck that I was interested in so I contacted them. We were able to reach a price we were both happy with so they worked with me to have everything in order so that I could come down Saturday morning. If i was at the dealership for more than 30mins I would be suprised. They had everything ready for me and the whole process was quick and painless and I drove off in my new truck. I would recommend them to anyone.
