I didn’t know you have to wait the whole day for oil change!!! Otherwise why do you do appointments if they don’t mean nothing to you !!! They’d waisted my day , my job and ruin will never go there again and I will never buy a dodge !!! More

Overall a good experience....ordered ina new rim that was damaged on the way down for vacation....ordered it and it came in pretty quick...showed back up to have it mounted....had an appointment....waited ov damaged on the way down for vacation....ordered it and it came in pretty quick...showed back up to have it mounted....had an appointment....waited over an hour and half before they took it back...why have an appointment if they are not honoring them...I finally got them to take it back...about an hour after they took it back....I think they felt bad it took so long because they didn’t charge me for the mounting...:overall a relatively painless experience....just stick to your appointment times More
