After purchasing our Jeep from an out of state CJD dealership and falling into the eco-diesel lawsuit with our vehicle. We had visited several different CJD dealerships and by far the Central Florida dealership and falling into the eco-diesel lawsuit with our vehicle. We had visited several different CJD dealerships and by far the Central Florida dealership has been the best. They have great customer service and Keith our service advisor made us feel immediately welcome!! He had great customer service skills and was very friendly. More

Keith was very good and listened to me. He told me that they would work on my radio with next visit as it would require more time. Dropped my car off to have a recall done and to have the electronic stabilization looked at. Was told it was going to take over 6 hours to complete. They were kind enough to provide me with a loaner car for electronic stabilization looked at. Was told it was going to take over 6 hours to complete. They were kind enough to provide me with a loaner car for the time. I never received a phone call when service was done. I had to call them and got the run around to get someone to answer. I was told my car was actually finished the same day about 2 hours after dropping it off. I called Sunday to check was told to call back Monday. I never got a call Monday to tell.me it was done. I called at 1pm to speak with someone and was told to give my info and someone would call. I called back at 5pm due to never getting a call back. Was given to someone who then had to turn around and go ask the tech of car was done. Was told it was done and when I got there to pick it up, it was a mess..no one knew where my keys were or where my paperwork was. Had to wait for them to search the desks and where ever they keep keys to finally find my keys. Then they had to hunt for paperwork. The person who checked me out was only there covering for the folks who had gone home already. To say I was disappointed for my first service at this dealership is an understatement. I am thankful that they took care of the recall but def did not fix the stabilization. They reason was they only reset it and the problem went away. I was quite thorough with my explanation of the steering issue. More

took my car in for an alignment and a tire rotation and balance, I had an appointment for 12pm, the service should have taken about an hour and a half but instead took 3 hours. Finally after no updates or balance, I had an appointment for 12pm, the service should have taken about an hour and a half but instead took 3 hours. Finally after no updates or communication at all during that 3 hour period. During this time my service guy Keith did come out and speak to another gentlemen but did not acknowledge me or my vehicles progress, I did receive a text when I first got there where I could text and receive updates about my vehicle, I did text the number but never received an update back. So, I got up to look for my service guy, Keith, he was no where to be found. I saw my car sitting out front, which was done. Another service man said he would send Keith a message to come get me, after a few more minutes and no help, another service man finally got the keys to my car and checked me out. I found a charge for customer supply/disposal that was not spoken to me about before and there was garbage left inside my car, I didn’t know balancing/rotating and aligning my car required anyone to need To have garbage inside my car? I Called afterwords and asked to speak to the service manager and got sent to voicemail and received a phone call back hours later. They did offer me a chance for them to make it up and their apologies. More
