It was an unexpected warranty issue. I showed up without an appointment and they kept my vehicle, diagnosed it and fixed it in a timely manner. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area. The complimentary drinks and service updates about your vehicle while you wait are much appreciated. It did take a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me as I stood by my vehicle after driving into the service area. My service person, Chris Gray, wasn’t in the area. Another man, Keith Payne, after seeing me waiting, came to me and got my check-in completed for Chris. He was friendly and conversational, as he filled out my check-in paperwork and took me to Chris’s desk. Chris came and was friendly, but it would have been nice if he would have said something like, “Sorry about the wait. I was finishing up with another customer.” My service work was done in a short time, and Chris was polite and professional at checkout. The female ringing me up was friendly as well. More

Chris Grey and the staff at Bradshaw has always taken me and my family’s automotive needs. I have purchased two vehicles from Bradshaw (2010 frontier and more recently a 2021 Silverado). I had a service eng and my family’s automotive needs. I have purchased two vehicles from Bradshaw (2010 frontier and more recently a 2021 Silverado). I had a service engine light come on a few weeks ago in my Silverado. I scheduled an appointment online and then reached out directly using the online chat. The person on the other side noted my problem and let the service department know that I would be bringing it in. When I got there, one service associate assisted me, took notes about what was going on with the vehicle and wrote it all up before passing me onward to Chris. Chris took it from there after receiving a thorough update from the other associate. I was supposed to come in later in the week but they fit me in. They gave me a rental car so I could go to work and home at no cost. They called me around mid afternoon with the issue resolved. Really great service and timing. Thank You so much!! With my vehicle fixed I was able to drive my Silverado home for my family members funeral. More
