Unfortunately I cannot say I had a good experience with Universal Nissan. I had 2 employees promise me a car, put down a deposit and literally lie to me saying they had the car when in fact, they did not. Universal Nissan. I had 2 employees promise me a car, put down a deposit and literally lie to me saying they had the car when in fact, they did not. So why did I continue to purchase! One reason only.. They were able to get my SECOND choice color and trim level at a lower (although still covid chip shortage elevated) price than other area dealerships. My other reason for the low rating is that I specifically got the price from them and told them that I wanted my payment to be exactly $500. When they delivered the car to me they up to the price and my payment is now the car payment is $500.20. We wanted an even $500, they added a fee they didn't tell me about until it was too late to change the paperwork. I would never recommend this dealership. More

After having a very bad experience with another Nissan dealer I walked thru the doors of Universal Nissan in 2019 and met Keith. He was very attentive and easy going from the start although I was hesitant dealer I walked thru the doors of Universal Nissan in 2019 and met Keith. He was very attentive and easy going from the start although I was hesitant from the bad experience. He made me feel very comfortable and made sure my daughter didn't leave the lot without fully knowing every feature of the car she was taking and she has loved it ever since. He really made us have such a good experience the first time which is why we returned again today to purchase another car for my other daughter and once again Keith was more than ready to help us and as always he went out of his way to make sure she got the car she wanted as well as going out of his way to make us feel like we were not just buying a car. If you are buying a car at Universal Nissan as for Keith, I guarantee you won't regret it. More

Great Experience and Great Car! My Wife and I went to test drive a 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum and had no idea what to expect as she was wanting to upgrade from her 2012 Honda CR-V. We were greeted by Keith Priestley who was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. He took his time to explain to us the in's and outs of this car and was awesome to work with. They gave us a fair deal for our trade in and great price for the car. The entire process was seamless and did not feel like we were there too long. The test drive and the the actual time of Keith showing us the car and explaining the features seemed like it took longer than the actual numbers and signing process and was worth the time spent.
