After having a very bad experience with another Nissan dealer I walked thru the doors of Universal Nissan in 2019 and met Keith. He made me feel very comfortable and made sure my daughter didn't leave the lot without fully knowing every feature of the car she was taking and she has loved it ever since. He really made us have such a good experience the first time which is why we returned again today to purchase another car for my other daughter and once again Keith was more than ready to help us and as always he went out of his way to make sure she got the car she wanted as well as going out of his way to make us feel like we were not just buying a car. If you are buying a car at Universal Nissan as for Keith, I guarantee you won't regret it. More

Great Experience and Great Car! My Wife and I went to test drive a 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum and had no idea what to expect as she was wanting to upgrade from her 2012 Honda CR-V. My Wife and I went to test drive a 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum and had no idea what to expect as she was wanting to upgrade from her 2012 Honda CR-V. We were greeted by Keith Priestley who was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. He took his time to explain to us the in's and outs of this car and was awesome to work with. They gave us a fair deal for our trade in and great price for the car. The entire process was seamless and did not feel like we were there too long. The test drive and the the actual time of Keith showing us the car and explaining the features seemed like it took longer than the actual numbers and signing process and was worth the time spent. A Great Experience I was in the market for a new car. I was not in the best situation with my current vehicle (2015 Civic, upside down by alot, high interest). I was not looking forward to getting the usual dealership run around, but my experience on June 13th was anything but. I noticed that the place was very clean (to me that's important), and the girls in the front were very nice and had someone come take care of me in a matter of minutes. That person was Keith Priestley. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience less stressful. I kind of knew what kind of what I wanted so I only test drove 2 cars. He was very thorough in his explanations and helped me pick the right car for me and my situation. When it came to talking numbers, I was very doubtful that I was going to get what I needed and thought I would be shown the door, but Keith along with Bill in finance worked hard to get me the best deal. I was actually kind of shocked. I knew I came to the right place and that I was making the right choice. I never thought I would own any car besides a Honda. Nissan proved to be a great brand and I fell in love with the Altima. Please do not second guess Universal Nissan! they are the place to buy your next vehicle from!
