Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Right from the beginning this dealership and its staff surprised and amazed me! They were able to find the exact car I wanted and give me an amazing Right from the beginning this dealership and its staff surprised and amazed me! They were able to find the exact car I wanted and give me an amazing price for it. My trade-in value was high as well. The general manager Tony was so wonderful with making this experience easy for me. I live an hour away and was able to have my trade in price, my new car price and my payment/ loan information given to me before I even left my house!!!! My salesman Keith Preistly went above and beyond demonstrating the car for me. He was knowledgeable about every feature on this beautiful car and has repeatedly called to check on me to make sure everything is going well. I liked him so much I have asked him to mail me some business cards. I have people stop me everyday to ask me about my beautiful new Murano and I feel so strongly about my experience at Universal Nissan I refer them straight to Keith! Even Hiram in the finance department was great. He was quick and thorough and made sure I understood everything . I had a small issue right after buying my car and needed to have it addressed . Keith set up an appointment and Fransico was able to fix the problem immediately while my daughter and I got our nails done on site!!! How great is that???!!! Many thanks to all the staff there!!
