You do not have to go back-and-forth over price or feel uneasy or pressured. They are a family run dealership and I truly could write for days and not sing their praises enough! It's speaks volumes that you see the same faces when you return five years later. Their own employees enjoy working there so much they don't leave. I decided to try there service department and was pleasantly surprised. When it came time to buy a new car I started to look at the Lincoln MKX. We knew Keith was working there and after doing my research I went to see him. He showed me what I thought I wanted, then showed me options. He was not condescending and very patient with me.
