Felt like valued customer A bought a Mercury Mariner at Burlington Lincoln Mercury in 2008. Keith was a big help in getting financing for me. When they went out of business and sent me a letter saying they merged with Miller Ford I was not sure I wanted to take my car there. I decided to try there service department and was pleasantly surprised. When it came time to buy a new car I started to look at the Lincoln MKX. We knew Keith was working there and after doing my research I went to see him. He showed me what I thought I wanted, then showed me options. He was not condescending and very patient with me. He took the time to show me all the ins and outs of driving the new MKC. Thanks to him I love it! Thanks Keith! More
