This was a very pleasant new car purchasing experience. It was pleasant because when I first called and spoke with Dick Korbin, he was very attentive and seemed eager to listen to my needs. He was willing to meet my expectations, as well as work with me in what I specifically wanted. I was disappointed to find out that he was no longer a part of the Miller Ford team, but the Miller experience led me to Keith Randall. Although Keith was absent when I arrived to view the car, Jim Carty and Marc Kweeder joined forces to make my visit a pleasant one. The experience led my wife and I to the purchase of a new 2013 Ford Mustang GT. I was assured that all of the sales team would benefit from this sale. The Miller experience led me to the General Sales Manager, John Mcdonald who is an awsome guy. He shared with me his experience from start to his current position. Although he's the General Sales Manager this did not stop him from doing my paperwork for the purchase of my new vehicle.(This was totally awsome to me) In closing I'd like to say that Brenda and I are pleased to be new members of the Miller Ford family.
