Waited 2 hours to have 10 minutes of basic maintenance. Informed it would take 45-60 minutes. No one gave me any update. Original service rep left for the day before my work was done. Great customer service, Keith was awesome at getting my vehicle serviced. The Mgr. Juan followed up to check on my experience and asked if I needed anything else. He also updated me on a previous inquiry I vehicle serviced. The Mgr. Juan followed up to check on my experience and asked if I needed anything else. He also updated me on a previous inquiry I had. The porter Mello parked my vehicle and cleaned the interior for me because of my concern with the Covid. Great service from start to finish.
