On the first day, Patrick was my service provider; with him oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours! The second day when driving I got the “brake override system failure” code which was very scary... him oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours! The second day when driving I got the “brake override system failure” code which was very scary... I drove back to the dealership 20 miles an hour fearing that my acceleration could get stuck - as specified online for this type of code; the second day Keith was my service provider; He initially asked for $59 to verify the code; of course I was upset because this only occurred after I came for the oil change thus was wondering where this error came from...nobody wants to come in for an oil change and leave with a safety problem of that magnitude. Luckily, the mechanic who services my car was able to fix this. Although I was not told anything, this code could be related to the national recall Toyota came up with a few years ago. I am rating the entire experience with 4 stars because I love the dealership and the service in general, but that day with Patrick it sucked! Thank you. Valentina Sorescu More
