Good, but had a real problem getting a part for my car. I had to call the corporate office to get the part. I waited from May of 22 to April 23. Travois has been maintaining my vehicle for years. He performed an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection during this visit. I showed up right before closing time with a major oil leak caused by faulty work at an oil change place in another town…They took great care of me and took photos of the problem so I could go back to the leak caused by faulty work at an oil change place in another town…They took great care of me and took photos of the problem so I could go back to the oil change place and get refunded. They even offered to drop my car off near the airport since I live 3 hours away and was flying out of Midway. The customer service at Oak Lawn Toyota was absolutely Outstanding!!! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!!! More
