I had an appointment scheduled for a recall item and an oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm. Keith got me in right away and completed my service entirely s oil change and tire rotation and thought it was at 7:30 am. It wasn’t until 3:30 pm. Keith got me in right away and completed my service entirely so I didn’t have to go back. Keith is professional, polite and very accommodating. I highly recommend him. Thank you Keith! More

One day appt took 4 days. My vehicle was driven well beyond any test drive mileage and time. (46 min 26.7 miles average speed of 42 mph) This was supposed to be a test dri My vehicle was driven well beyond any test drive mileage and time. (46 min 26.7 miles average speed of 42 mph) This was supposed to be a test drive for a reported sputter when coming to a complete stop or starting from a complete stop. So take it for a joyride for 27 miles!!?? I feel violated and have lost any trust in this service dept. More

My husband and I have taken but of our there to get fixed and they call and say it's ready and it has the same problem we took in for. Been very frustrating having to go back and forth from wentzville to Che and they call and say it's ready and it has the same problem we took in for. KIA, with less than 18,000 miles, broke down and had to be towed. This was a Thursday at noon. We were told it probably wouldn’t be looked at that day. Asked about a loaner, offered a rental for $90 a day. be towed. This was a Thursday at noon. We were told it probably wouldn’t be looked at that day. Asked about a loaner, offered a rental for $90 a day. Contacted Enterprise and rented a car, which we had to have for 5 days since we were not contacted about our vehicle until 5:00 on Tuesday. The problem was a recall item but still have not received that notice. Picked up a loaner on Wednesday and returned the rental. In the paperwork, it showed that the loaner would have been $49 a day but was covered because our vehicle was still under warranty. Very disappointed at the time it took just to look at our car and the expense we had because of the rental. Also being told a loaner would cost us $90 a day but was listed as $49 on the paperwork. This is the second car we purchased here but will not be back. More
