The valet service they offer seems to surprise them the day of each time. I end up having to call to remind them to come pick up my vehicle, which results in getting my vehicle back later than expected. Ea day of each time. Keith is and always has been great in his role. He is very honest and only tries to sell you if something if it is really needed, meaning not trying to up-sell KIA products.
