Jim Butler, KIA is always pleasant to deal with. Even with an extended wait, they made our time worthwhile and compensated for our extended time. Great team to work with. Even with an extended wait, they made our time worthwhile and compensated for our extended time. Great team to work with. More

The part/assembly that they replaced did NOT work when the said they said it was ready to pickup . Poor customer service that they did not check to ensure it worked properly (I.e. it was a defective par the said they said it was ready to pickup . Poor customer service that they did not check to ensure it worked properly (I.e. it was a defective part ) . O had to take a half day vacation to bring it back to be told that I’ll have to bring it back again after they get a new part (hopefully it works… but I’ll have to drop it off again and be without a car )…I will never buy a Kia again due to the recurring parts replacement issues on our Optima’s , the nationally-known issues with Kia’s being easily stolen and Kia doing nothing about it, and the fact that our service experience with our Toyotas at Jay Wolfe is light-years better than our Kia experience More
