Each person with whom we encountered during our visits was professional, highly personable and extremely responsive. From our first contact to the manager of the dealership, we were treated with immense respect and attentiveness to our needs. We highly recommend this dealership for all of the reasons, including the fact that the Mazdas are excellent cars. More

Stay away i called this dealership and told them about the offer I had on the table and asked if they could beat it. They said they could come well under. I ma i called this dealership and told them about the offer I had on the table and asked if they could beat it. They said they could come well under. I made sure I told them the price 3 times, it was an hour drive for me so I wanted to be sure. The offer sheet came out and they were 1,700 more than the current offer. So obviously I was upset and want to let everyone know to stay clear of this dealership. They were the highest price off the 4 I dealt with for the same exact car. More

Will never buy a car here again I contacted Mazda of Roswell to see if they would match a price quote I had received from Hennessy Mazda after visiting the U.S. News Best Price Progr I contacted Mazda of Roswell to see if they would match a price quote I had received from Hennessy Mazda after visiting the U.S. News Best Price Program. Their "client advisor" responded and said they would meet or beat that price. I asked for a specific number and the response was (quote): "I spoke with my sales manager we going to match the price that you gave me the $29,565 quoted from hennessey, and also the $1,000 loyalty that you recieved from Mazda which will bring you to $28,565. Just bring the letter they sent to you in the mail, and we can get everything taken care of. Do you have time to come out today @ 2:00, or 4:30 so we can work this deal for you?" My wife and I went down and the "sales advisor" who had set up the appointment immediately turned us over to someone else and disappeared. We test drove the vehicle we liked, and were ready to buy but the sales manager's figures started at $500 more than had been quoted. I was told that I was trying to 'stack' rebates. I said all I wanted were the terms that they had agreed to via e-mail. After another wait, the sales manager came back with the dealer invoice with MSRP and tried to convince me that I was being unreasonable and that his boss didn't even want to sell us the car that cheap, etc. I asked why the "client advisor" had told us that he (the sales manager) had initially approved the numbers, and insisted on the original price that had led us to go down there. He then stood up and stuck out his hand and said, "Have a nice evening". He probably expected us to buckle or at least compromise after having spent several hours there, but we got up and left and told them we would be mentioning them to Dealer Rater. And so we have. I will note that I purchased a Mazda3 from this dealership around 2005, and a Mazda3 from Rick Case in Duluth in 2010, and purchased the CX-9 this Valentine's Day at Hennessy Mazda at the price Mazda of Roswell said they'd match in order to get us on the lot but then refused to honor. We will not be returning here. More

Friendly, Professional, Courteous Service Staff! I went out of my way to send this message to management about my experience because I was so impressed with the customer service that day. "I just wanted to take a minute and let management know about my experience at Roswell Mazda today Jan 28, 2015 at around 1020am. My wife purchased an almost new Mazda from a local dealer while I was away doing some work overseas for the military. I wanted to find out what we needed to do regarding the warranty and routine maintenance. I decided to come by Roswell Mazda since it was near where she teaches. I was greeted immediately by a nice young man who asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he talk me through the process and gave me a nice printed packet of the maintenance schedule and prices. The other gentleman also inquired as to what information I was seeking and gave me even more explanation. I got everything I needed and all my questions answered in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. Sadly I did not get these two employees names but it seemed they were only two on duty in the service area at the time. Roswell Mazda is near where my wife teaches but a bit far from where we live in Lawrenceville.. However based on the experience I had with your two employees in the Service Center I would gladly make the drive for service at your dealership. We looked forward to having our vehicles maintained there and also for future purchases of Mazda vehicles. Thanks!" More

Bait and Switch, liars, typical car salesman trickery I emailed around to several dealerships prior to selecting Mazda of Roswell based on the price that I received from Aaron via email. When I arrived a I emailed around to several dealerships prior to selecting Mazda of Roswell based on the price that I received from Aaron via email. When I arrived at the dealership they switched the model that was negotiated for a model year older vehicle, When I pointed this out, they refused to honor the deal and engaged in typical car salesman trickery. I'd even go so far as to say that while I was there my iphone's ip address was kicked off the wi-fi as I initially had no trouble showing my emails to the salesman on my phone confirming what was emailed to me along with other offers from additional dealers for the same price, however, after there was an issue, my cell phone would no longer access the internet. I obviously can't confirm this, but I don't doubt they had something to do with it. I would avoid this dealership at all cost, unless of course, you are willing to get beaten up by the salesman and overpay for a vehicle. More

Very Pleased All Around My wife&I had searched several weeks on a new car finally settling on a 14 Camry SE Sport. We live in Tallahassee,Fl but went with a dealer in Atl due My wife&I had searched several weeks on a new car finally settling on a 14 Camry SE Sport. We live in Tallahassee,Fl but went with a dealer in Atl due to pricing so I booked a one way flight a week out to pick up the car. I had some time to search for a option I might have missed so I looked at the 14 Mazda 6 Touring w/t the options and color desired and found it at Mazda of Roswell. I contacted the dealership and Aaron Gillison Jr called me to discuss my options immediately after I sent in the internet sales inquiry. I went over the deal w/t the Camry and he immediately started praising the attributes of the 6 Touring vs the Camry from top to bottom. I was very impressed w/t his knowledge as well as his belief in the Mazda brand. I told him price was also a factor and in true Aaron form he again broke down the features I was getting for the money besting the Camry in every area. I was now leaning heavily toward the 6 and gave him a final payment I would do and guess what in again true Aaron form he went to his upper mgmt. and got to the payment. I flew in yesterday late afternoon and was picked up by Keith Thomas the Sales Mgr as I found out Aaron was off for the evening but he set up the pickup w/t Keith and made sure through text msg that I was picked up and made it in safely. I was also impressed w/t Keith as he took very good care of me making sure all questions were answered and that I was satisfied w/t the 6 after a brief test drive. I signed paperwork and off I went in my BEAUTIFUL 14 Mazda 6 Touring in Liquid Silver the perfect color for this car. I text Aaron on my way home last night to thank him for all he had done he was very kind and we had a nice text correspondence on my way out of Atl late last night. He text me this morning to make sure I got home safely which meant more than he will ever know. I have dealt with many sales reps over the past 25 yrs of buying cars and Aaron is without a doubt in the top three as I don't put them in order in that top tier. I will be sending him friends and family on their car needs as I know he will treat them as he treated me like family. I would highly encourage you to let Aaron work on your behalf on any vehicle needs you might have as I will give him the first crack at our future automobile needs going forward. More

Keith Thomas, Joe Stabile, and his supervisor made my CX9 purchase sweatless. It was a seamless, no pressure, transparent and courteous experience. Keith's spirit sets you at ease. His patient manner disarms every impulse to distrust by answering every question transparently, no matter how many you have. I wish I could remember everyone's names that I met that day; sadly, I do not recall them all but I appreciate everyone single one of them for working on my deal - - even those who just stopped by to say hello and to offer me something to drink. Very personable and hospitable place - - not something you see or expect from a car dealership. This is my 3rd Mazda purchase. Mazda puts out a great product. Mazda of Roswell is staffed with great people. I highly recommend Keith Thomas for your purchase. More

I purchased a new CX9 at the end of July. The first day I had it home I noticed a major flaw in the paint on one door. I contacted Keith Thomas immediately to report it. I brought the car in the next week to have inspected. I was told that a factory rep would have to inspect and they would call to arrange. Couple weeks went by with no call. I called again and was assured that the rep would be in town soon and they would call. A couple more weeks went by and again no call. I called again and was told to bring the car in the following Friday when the rep is there. I showed up, no rep. Jonathan Hardman spoke to the rep on the phone as I waited. Rep promised to be there the following week and they would call to schedule. Three weeks later, no call. I once again called and was told that they did not know when the rep will be there but would call me. I highly doubt this. This is unbelievable in today's economic environment when a premium is placed on customer service. My purchasing experience was great and we really enjoy the car. It's a shame that this has ruined all that goodwill. Update as of 12/8/12. One brief call from Keith Thomas just shortly after my initial review. Was told that this would be resolved soon. Three weeks later and no calls or action. Amazing. More

I was able to schedule an service appointment the same day I called. The service tech didn't even write up a service ticket. He diagnosed on the spot, and had my issue repaired on the spot, free of char day I called. The service tech didn't even write up a service ticket.
