My visit went so well, thanks to Kelleigh Congdon. I've had an issue (the lane change monitoring system) that's was lingering for the past year. I brought the problem here before and it was left to ch I've had an issue (the lane change monitoring system) that's was lingering for the past year. I brought the problem here before and it was left to chance! Lexus of Orange Park Jacksonville diagnose it specifically. Which left me dismayed and angry being so far home. The problem resurfaced which was the reason for my return. Not feeling confident initially, caused me to leave the hatch ajar enroute. When I thought it was fully close. They simply identified that issue without hesitation or cost and tackled the primary problem. The necessary ECU board was ordered and came in the following day for install. The monitoring system hasn't defaulted yet; todate. But this visit in particular has left me extremely satisfied.... More
