He welcomed my wife and 3 kids as well and showed us the cafeteria and the kids play room which my kids love. This was my first stop of 3 I was planning to visit that day, but after meeting Howard and the team, I didn't need to go anywhere. Howard was great, professional, polite, listening and understanding to our needs and helped us find the perfect car. Thank you to all the team. I am a Lexus forever now! More
