I did not plan to buy a vehicle that day and she understood that. She helped me evaluate my options and I purchased my Escalade a few days later. I never felt pressured in any way! The whole staff greeted me and were very helpful as well. Including the owners! I felt they treated me very fairly with pricing as well. In this day and age, we can compare the pricing online to others and their price was very competitive and I appreciate the local service. I hope to buy future vehicles from them. I looked online, looked on the lot, test drove a beautiful red 2020 XT5 but took a while to make a decision. My sales representative, Uzma, was very patient and allowed me to work through the decision process.
