Very rude to me. She is the reason I will never use Newton Nissan South again. Please do not come here for service . I was lied to and cheated out of money. I brought my vehicle here for service with my brakes and my radio not working. After waiting an hour before m I was lied to and cheated out of money. I brought my vehicle here for service with my brakes and my radio not working. After waiting an hour before my car even was looked at (I watched) the service advisor says nothing is wrong with either. I literally had to walk in the shop and show him what it was doing… they still claim nothing is wrong with my brakes , although EVERYONE hears them grinding (but it’s okay because my advisor didn’t hear it) and decided to move on to the next issue , the radio. They have no clue how to fix the Nissan connect radio, and going on almost 3 hours, still no answers . The vehicle is under warranty that they claim to not be able to see, but even so in the end paying $150 or more for a problem they don’t know how to fix is ridiculous . It’s worth it to just make the drive to Murfreesboro . Their appointment schedule was just full . There is no reason anyone should be driving a car bought brand new, now has less then 40k miles on it in silence . The staff seems to be very inexperienced and worried about $$$ than fixing a problem. I paid $150 and left with my problem not solved because they don’t know how . Make the drive and go to Murfreesboro . Please do not come here . Save your Time and your money. Update: the next day the computer in the vehicle is acting worse. My screen between my gauges is Also cutting on and off and I fear for my safety while operating a vehicle that Newton claims is fine More
