When I go to this dealership I am always treated with the up most courtesy. If the service take more than 2 hrs I have the option to use a vehicle 🚗 to get around until my vehicle is ready. I had a great experience. got in touch with my sales rep emerson campbell and told him that I needed to bring the car for recall, and to check rear defroster. He told me bring it in tomorrow and you are a emerson campbell and told him that I needed to bring the car for recall, and to check rear defroster. He told me bring it in tomorrow and you are also up for an oil change. I was so happy that they worked with me it was an easy breeze process. I dropped off the car and told them that I could not wait because I needed to go to work and I would pick it up next day in the morning . When I arrived I checked in and was out in 5 min. I appreciate the smooth process it ,really takes into consideration the clients time. The entire team is wonderful and professional. Service, customer service, and sales. Nicole was great in moving the process along and notifying me when vehicle was ready. More
