Now with the new management a lot of the employees do not let common sense kick in at all. They are like robots. Whatever they claim they see on the computer that's it. No listening to you or anything. When I purchased my sienna I took the whole package including the one for the tires. I contacted Toyota and person said they didn't see it on the computer. I said is there anyway you could have the files check and verify what I am saying to you. The response: this is what I am seeing on the computer and I can only give you the information I am seeing. This occurred before, and I requested to call the manager at the time. He acknowledged and approved it, and promised that he will assure that it's on the system. I now come to understand it is still not on the system. It's amazing how quick they are to take your money, and when it comes for you to benefit, you always have to be the one to constantly fight and approve … and to think, my daughter is about to get her first car, and I we recommended Toyota highly to her, but I'm tired of going through situations like this with Toyota. Needless to say that I will not be taking my daughter there to shop for her first car. More
