I came in for a scheduled recall & service bulletin service (fan blower & clutch pedal). I waited in the shop for over 6 hours. Every inquiry I made was responded with a promise of just a few more minutes. For this type of common & predictable service, the wait time should have been more accurately estimated and communicated to the customer. I hope this comment helps to improve this service center. I am a proud owner of two 2017 Toyota Tacomas. Great service was one of my requirements for making the purchase. Please keep the Toyota reputation positive. Thank you. More
