Service was quick and qualitative Scheduling was so easy on the phone and they are very accommodating. Service took less than 60 minutes. I was informed about the status through out. Unusually Poor Service This service center is usually excellent. However I have to give a poor rating for this visit. I came in for a scheduled recall & service bulletin ser This service center is usually excellent. However I have to give a poor rating for this visit. I came in for a scheduled recall & service bulletin service (fan blower & clutch pedal). I waited in the shop for over 6 hours. Every inquiry I made was responded with a promise of just a few more minutes. For this type of common & predictable service, the wait time should have been more accurately estimated and communicated to the customer. I hope this comment helps to improve this service center. I am a proud owner of two 2017 Toyota Tacomas. Great service was one of my requirements for making the purchase. Please keep the Toyota reputation positive. Thank you. More

Fast, friendly, efficient! They we’re able to fit me in for an oil change same day. The guy helping me was very helpful and nice (so was the other staff that was there.) They made sure that everything with my vehicle was upto date. Love the new location. It’s very spacious. And they have ground starbucks coffee to drink while you wait! More

Customer Service in service was awful This is about my 3rd purchase with Toyota. The prior management that was there I received excellent service. Now with the new management a lot of th This is about my 3rd purchase with Toyota. The prior management that was there I received excellent service. Now with the new management a lot of the employees do not let common sense kick in at all. They are like robots. Whatever they claim they see on the computer that's it. No listening to you or anything. When I purchased my sienna I took the whole package including the one for the tires. I contacted Toyota and person said they didn't see it on the computer. I said is there anyway you could have the files check and verify what I am saying to you. The response: this is what I am seeing on the computer and I can only give you the information I am seeing. This occurred before, and I requested to call the manager at the time. He acknowledged and approved it, and promised that he will assure that it's on the system. I now come to understand it is still not on the system. It's amazing how quick they are to take your money, and when it comes for you to benefit, you always have to be the one to constantly fight and approve … and to think, my daughter is about to get her first car, and I we recommended Toyota highly to her, but I'm tired of going through situations like this with Toyota. Needless to say that I will not be taking my daughter there to shop for her first car. More
