He is really knowledgeable and takes time to explain in details how things work. Not only does he explain, but he also makes sure that you understand what he is talking about. I was really impressed with the service he provided. When I went to pick my RAV4, he had it all warmed up (on a cold February evening) and took the time to go over several things in the car. I didn’t feel rush to leave even though it was almost closing time on a Friday. He also took the time to check on how everything was going on the following Monday. When and if I need to shop for another car, I will definitively be in touch with Kelly. If you want to deal with a person who listen to you and will work at finding something that will fit your needs and not just try to sell you a car, I strongly recommend you deal with Kelly! Curt in finance was great as well. He was quick and efficient! More
