The personal nature and t First off , I must applaud the customer service that both my husband Rick Filosa and I have received at Toyota Cedar Rapids. The personal nature and treatment is impressive. I was ready to sell my 2010 Xd which at bought in Iowa City. As a women I had reservations about trying another dealership though looking back I am so glad I did. From the moment I step out of my car to the personal instructions about my nee Lexus was amazing. Kelly professional and personal nature is commendable. After closing the deal, my husband was impressed how he continued to talk and focus the conversation on me as "I was the one buying the car." This is an important part of selling to a women. Toyota Cedar Rapids wins hands down. Both Rick and I had recommended them to friends and family for being a fair and reputable dealership in the area. More

Great experience at Toyota. Husband and I came in, were driving around the parking lot and Kelly came and met us out in the freezing cold. Once inside, we told him some of the items and features looking f driving around the parking lot and Kelly came and met us out in the freezing cold. Once inside, we told him some of the items and features looking for. He was very knowledgable, new the inventory, and knew about the cars we test drove. We ended up purchasing a new RAV4 and very pleased! More

I made an appointment. I got there early. They got me in and out in less time then what I was told. Was very happy with my service. The only thing that I don't like about Cedar Rapids is it doesn't have a p and out in less time then what I was told. Was very happy with my service. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Alan was easily accessible and helped us get right where we needed to for our budget. Kelly spent 45 minutes guiding us through all the features on our new ca easily accessible and helped us get right where we needed to for our budget. Kelly spent 45 minutes guiding us through all the features on our new car after we signed for it, even after an information-filled test drive. Curt made the paperwork a painless process. We definitely made the right decision sticking with Cedar Rapids Toyota and couldn't be happier! More
